Return Policy

We're all about keeping you happy at Pigmently, and we have a fantastic 30-day return policy to prove it! If you're not totally thrilled with your purchase, don't sweat it. Just let us know, and we'll be more than happy to either swap out the item for you or give you a full refund. All you have to do is get in touch with our friendly Customer Care Team to request an RMA.

Just a few little details to remember when you're sending something back to us:

  1. Make sure to initiate your return within 30 days from the day your item arrived at your doorstep.
  2. To make sure we can accept your return, the product needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. To send your item back to us, please buy a return shipping label from a carrier like FedEx or UPS that provides tracking services. 

After we get your returned product, we'll start processing your refund right away. If you paid using a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within about five business days. Any questions about when the credit will show up in your account? Your card-issuing bank will have all the answers.
