Collection: Terms and conditions for cash back
- Only reviews with product photos and/or videos will qualify for the cash back.
- Reviewers will receive 5% cash back up to a maximum of $50, whichever is lower based on the total purchase price of the last order.
- Once the review is submitted, participants are required to notify Pigmently by sending an email to customercare@pigmently.com. Please include your first and last name, photos, videos, and your order number in the email. Cash back will not be issued unless we receive your email.
- The cash back will be credited to the participant’s original payment method used during the purchase within 30 days from the date of review.
- In the event of cancellations and full refund, the orders will not qualify for the cash back. In the event of a partial refund, the cash back amount will be calculated on the remaining amount.
- All reviews need to be complete. Those without product photos and/or videos will not be eligible for the cash back.
- All review photos and videos need to be clear, not blurry. Poor quality submissions will not qualify for this offer. Please take good quality photos, thank you!
- Reviews containing libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material will be treated as ineligible.
- Pigmently has unobstructed rights to use photos or videos submitted in regards to the cash back offer.
- Pigmently needs the source files for photos and videos upon email notification of review completion.
- Only customers of Pigmently are eligible to participate.
- The cash back offer can be availed only once per order number.
- Pigmently may use the reviews and photos provided by you, including your information, in marketing and promotional materials.
- Pigmently retains rights with regard to any change or modification, on all matters will be final and binding.
- Pigmently reserves the right to discontinue the cash back offer anytime without prior notice. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time, but we have no obligation to communicate it to you, please visit the terms and conditions page for updates.
